Elaborate is where the design matures — where the ideas that survived the gauntlet of Diverge and Experiment get the treatment they deserve.
Feature prototyping at this stage is higher fidelity. Not final, but honest. Each feature gets interrogated in isolation: does it do what we said it would? Does it hold up when a real person touches it?
Conceptual storyboards are about the arc. The emotional journey. The moment a user understands something they didn't before — that's the scene you're writing toward.
Documented flows are an act of professional respect. Ambiguity is expensive. Every "I assumed" in a development sprint is a design failure. Write it down.
And in the wild examples — someone has already solved a version of this problem. Study them. Reference them. Stand on shoulders, not on credit you didn't earn.
